David & Nancy Marks, Board Members

David & Nancy have been working in the Film and Television Industry for the past 30 years. As Line Producers for the past 25 years, they gained vast experience in all types of production, and bring a comprehensive knowledge of filmmaking, managing, budgeting, scheduling, production logistics, people skills and common sense to the projects they produce. It was this expertise that sprung into action in November of 2011, when Gardner was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). 

Cameron McElroy, President, Board Member

Cameron is an Associate on the Client Strategies team at AQR Capital Management, a $195bn global investment manager based in Greenwich, CT. Prior to AQR, Cameron was an analyst in Morgan Stanley's Global Capital Markets Leveraged Finance group. Cameron graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Comparative Studies from Duke University in 2012 and outside of work also volunteers with Planned Parenthood.

Dave Reison, Executive Director, Board Member

Dave is currently an Analyst on the research team at Contour Asset Management, a TMT-focused investment fund based in New York. He graduated magna cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Williams College in 2012 with a double major in Economics and History. In his spare time, Dave volunteers as a mentor for iMentor, an organization which strives to help low-income students graduate high school, succeed in college, and realize their goals thereafter. 

Drew Levinson, Board Member

Drew is an associate attorney with The Law Office of Howard Davis, P.C., a boutique environmental law firm specializing in hazardous site remediation litigation. He received his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude in 2016. Prior to law school, Drew attended Skidmore College where he was a member of the Baseball team. Drew graduated cum laude from Skidmore College in 2012 with a degree in environmental science and a minor in management and business. 

Austen Vernon, Board Member

Austen is currently pursuing his law degree from Fordham University. He has significant experience in the event planning field, having co-founded SquadUP, an event ticketing company based in New York and Los Angeles. He received his B.A. from Duke University in 2012 and participates actively in two New York-based non-profits in addition to Team G, serving on the board of We've Got Rhythm and Suit Up.

Dan Thau, Treasurer

Dan is a Senior Associate on the investment team at American Securities, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York with over $15 billion of assets under management. Prior to joining American Securities, Dan was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, both in New York and Tel Aviv, Israel. He graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Finance, where he was a member of the Men’s Soccer team.

Harrison Lewin, Vice President

Harrison is an Analytical Lead at Google, focused on providing insights, measurement and digital solutions to global advertisers. Prior to Google, Harrison spent ~3 years at L2 Inc, a digital benchmarking and research firm based in New York. Harrison graduated from Wesleyan University (CT) in 2012 with a major in Government and Certificate in International Relations. At Wesleyan, Harrison was a four-year starter and Captain of the Men’s Soccer team. 

Julie Hartman, VP of Marketing

Julie is currently the Marketing Manager at Soho Grand Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel in downtown Manhattan. Prior to joining Soho Grand, Julie worked as a Marketing Manager at sbe Group (formerly Morgans Hotel Group), and Four Seasons Hotels + Resorts in the Global Sales Office based in New York. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies.

Beth Gladstone, Secretary

Beth currently works as an LMSW Behavioral Health Clinician in the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Department at Bellevue Hospital, an NYC Health + Hospitals facility. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in May 2017, and previously graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Business, Organizations, and Society from Franklin & Marshall College in 2012.
